Six stages, from inquiry to handover
Every project is run by a dedicated manager on project-management principles: a work schedule, budget control, and regular reporting to the client at every stage.

Inquiry & brief
We study the design project and technical brief, visit the site, and confirm scope and timeline.

Estimate & contract
We prepare the cost estimate and work schedule, and sign a construction contract with the legal entity.

Demolition & engineering systems
Demolition works, plus electrical, ventilation, air conditioning, and low-voltage system installation.
- 04
Finishing
Finishing works per the design project: floors, walls, ceilings, lighting — in premium materials, with attention to detail.

Furnishing & branding
Installing furniture, equipment, and the client’s brand-standard elements (for retail and HoReCa).

Handover
Client acceptance, defect resolution, delivery of as-built documentation and warranty obligations.
